Adventures in Christian Living

Science Night on Thursday, October 10th at 6:00 pm

Adventures in Christian Living is a ministry for children and their parents.  We meet monthly for spiritual growth, fellowship, and fun!  Our next adventure is Science Night on Thursday, October 10th at 6:00 pm.  God created the world and its natural laws.  Be ready to see science in action!  (Slime-making, anyone?)  Dinner is provided and starts at 6:00; devotion and the activity of the night follows.  All are welcome, and feel free to bring a friend!

Mission Festival

October 27th is Mission Festival Sunday!

On October 27th we have a special opportunity in worship, fellowship, learning about the mission field, and learning about how to share Jesus.  Pastor Joseph Fricke, one of the pastors at the multi-site ministry of St. Paul's in Mauston and Adams-Friendship, Wisconsin, will be our guest preacher this day.  There will be one worship service at 8:00 am.  Following the worship service there will be brunch in the fellowship hall.  We will end our Mission Festival Sunday with a presentation on the mission field of Adams-Frienship and how the multi-site ministry of St. Paul's in Mauston and Adams-Friendship got started and where they are today.  This presentation will take place in the church.  Pastor Fricke has served rural congregations in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin throughout his ministry.  He has been serving as the Western Wisconsin District Evangelism Coordinator since 2008 and currently serves on the Synod's Commission on Evangelism.

Mornings with Mommy isn't preschool, and it isn't childcare; it's something different.
