What's New at Zion?

Revelation Bible Study

New topic in Thursday morning Bible class

Have you wanted to read through Revelation but just haven't gotten around to it?  Is it a book that's always been too intimidating or hard to understand so you have just stayed away from it?  Come join us on Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:30 am as we take a look at Revelation.  We will take a look at the imagery, the numbers, and other things that might be confusing.  As we do so, we will see that Revelation doesn't have to be scary or intimidating.  Rather, it's a book that is full of awesome comfort for God's people in both this life and the next.

Pathways of the Gospel

New Sunday morning Bible class topic

The Apostle Paul is widely known as the greatest missionary the world has ever seen.  He was appointed by Jesus to be the Apostle to the Gentiles.  In our Sunday Morning Adult Bible Class we are currently doing a study of Paul's opportunities in outreach and evangelism as outlined for us in the book of Acts.  How does this prepare us for our own opportunities in outreach and evangelism?  What can we learn from him and the early Christian church about outreach?  Let's learn together.  Bible class is held Sunday mornings from 9:15 to 10:15 in the fellowship room downstairs.  We'd love to have you join us as we study God's Word together.

Zion Bible Night

Sunday, February 9th beginning at 4:30 pm

We want to share the Gospel message with others--but how?  Join us Sunday evening, February 9th, for a Zion Bible Night with Pastor Joe Fricke as we learn more about personal evangelism.  We will talk about how to reach out to people we come into contact with in our lives with the good news about Jesus Christ.  Join us for dinner at 4:30 pm as we enjoy some food and fellowship, and then stay for the presentation which begins at 5:30 pm.  A movie will be provided for the kids.

Mornings with Mommy isn't preschool, and it isn't childcare; it's something different.
